Our wines are made from grapes sourced from local vineyards. Grown on the bench of the Niagara Escarpment, near Lake Ontario’s Shore and along the banks of the Finger Lakes, each varietal speaks of the soil and climate that lends it character to the wines we offer. The fruit selected showcases the rich heritage of agriculture in our region and the exceptional quality and variety available.
Our winemaker, Dave Lindsay crafts soft and elegant wines, ranging from dry to dessert. Flight of Five Winery’s Tasting Room offers the opportunity to choose from three flights of wine. Each flight includes five wines chosen to please your palate. (Wines can also be sampled individually.)
